Summary of Legal Experience
Mr. McKay's experience as a litigator in New York has included a wide variety
of matters in the corporate and commercial fields, including cases involving
disputes over legal fees, banking, insurance and international law, products
liability defense work, and work in the entertainment field. He has handled
numerous trials of jury and non-jury cases in both federal and state courts,
as well as arbitrations in New York and in The Hague, Netherlands, and
appeals in both state and federal courts.

Summary of Legal Expertise
Mr. Carney's principal area of practice has been in civil litigation involving
significant complex, commercial matters, including commercial torts such
as antitrust claims, fraud, and intellectual property matters. He has had
major responsibility for all aspects of litigation in Federal and State
Courts.
While engaged in the full time practice of law, he wrote and lectured
on a variety of antitrust topics. His experience as a professor includes teaching
antitrust law for a year at Rutgers Law School, as well as teaching trial
tactics and strategy in Columbia Law School's continuing legal education
program for several years.
